Project Synergy empowers DepEd CAR to be architects of change

41 principals from Division of Sta. Rosa and Quezon and 19 DepEd non-teaching staff from Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) were empowered to become architects of change as after the three day Project Synergy at RAFI KAC Adventure Education Center, Balamban, Cebu last October 07-09, 14-16 and 20-22 respectively.

This signature CSR initiative of the bank has been an avenue to equip organizations and individuals to transform them to be leaders through the professional development program in partnership with Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) Kool Adventure Camp (KAC) Team.

"Our training programs are customized to address the specific needs and objectives of your organization. We will work closely with you to establish the program's learning outcomes", said Abrea of RAFI KAC.

RAFI KAC team delivers the program in the areas of values, attitudes, skills and knowledge using the powerful metaphors of the outdoor. As it is focused on the 3Cs: character, competence and citizenship, the participants discovered more of their inner potentials and developed better working relationship among the members of their respective organizations.

"Rest assured that this Project Synergy will make a difference in us and for our organization. This is a great project and great learning experience. Excellent." shared Jessie Vasquez, Principal III of Sta. Catalina National High School.

As the bank continues to live by its Sustainability philosophy of "We can do well by doing good", Project Synergy will continue to transform beneficiaries into proactive partners in creating a dynamic and viable community in the areas where the bank operates.
