For two batches, 62 non-teaching staffs (NTS) from DepEd Region 8 (Eastern Visayas) underwent a character and leadership enhancement program through experiential learning in one of the sponsored initiatives of CitySavings Bank held at Kool Adventure Camp (KAC) Education Center, Balamban, Cebu last May 13 - 15 and June 10 - 12, 2015.
Project Synergy is one of the signature Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of CitySavings in coordination with Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) KAC to help the beneficiaries in their quest to discover and awaken their potentials for personal and professional growth.
"Every person has a potential. We only have to discover and develop it through this initiative, Project Synergy”, said Luisa Yu, Region 8 Director.
The initiative is also a means of giving back to the communities where the bank operates as well as to establish a well-built collaboration and relationship between CitySavings and its key stakeholders.
The three-day values integration and teambuilding is centered on the 3Cs which are character, competence, and citizenship. It further aims to groom future leaders and influencers in the community.
“We want you to be influencers and advocates of change”, said Dea Devaras, one of RAFI KAC facilitators as she encouraged the participants to apply and share the learnings they’ve gained from the camp.
