DepEd Region 4A attends CitySavings’ Project Synergy

CitySavings’ Project Synergy has continuously expanding its scope nationwide sponsoring a three-day teambuilding in a first and fully dedicated adventure education center in the Philippines.
Last June 17-19, 2015, 58 non-teaching staff (NTS) from DepEd Region 4A (CALABARZON) participated in a joint project of CitySavings and Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) Kool Adventure Camp (KAC) to equip them to continuously deliver and improve the kind of service excellence that they provide to their clients.
“Excellence is never perfection, excellence is a continuous improvement and I believe that Project Synergy will help us achieve that. A more unified family; everyone in the team is important”, said Regional Director Diosdado San Antonio on his opening remarks.
Project Synergy's objectives are to utilize comprehensive approaches and series of activities that caters on the needs of the organization to foster holistic formation among the beneficiaries and to develop their competencies for better working relationships.
