Sixty six (66) non – teaching staff (NTS) from DepEd CARAGA Region 13 attended a three – day teambuilding conducted by the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) Kool Adventure Camp (KAC) team under City Savings Bank’s Project Synergy last September 27 – 29, 2014 & January 20 - 22, 2015 at KAC Adventure Education Center, Balamban, Cebu.
“Thank you CitySavings for continually being our partner in our quest for personal & professional development”, shared one participant. The participants underwent focus group discussions, low element activities & a ropes course which further tested their values & camaraderie as a team. This initiative aims to establish a strong foundation of collaboration & to foster good working relations between CitySavings and DepEd CARAGA Region personnel.
