City Savings Bank celebrated a significant milestone in its banking history as it opened its 75th branch nationwide last May 26 in España, Manila; this is 42nd in Luzon.

Ms. Ayla Urrea, OIC Office of the Supervisor – Elementary Journalism Services joined the CitySavings team led by Catalino Abacan, President and Chief Executive Officer, Jose Levi Villanueva, Executive Vice President for Channel Management, Richard Bernadez and Roland Recamara, Regional Business Head and Regional Operations Head for NCR respectively.

“The Bank is here with the mission to help teachers and that is coming from our hearts. We want to help them in the most legitimate and the most ethical way possible. ” said Villanueva.

“Kung mas marami pong ma reach out ang CitySavings, mas marami pong matutulungan. So sa mga guro, sa oras ng pangangailangan, CitySavings ang tawagan (If CitySavings can further reach out there will be more customers served. So to the teachers, in times of need, CitySavings is here). ” shared Urrea.

The branch located at 1880 España Gallery Building, San Diego and Quintos Sts., corner España Blvd., Sampaloc, Manila expects to serve 5,182 public school teachers in other municipalities of Manila up to the border of Pasay, Makati and portion of Quezon City (Quezon Avenue corner Araneta Avenue going to Sta. Mesa).
